Returns policies can be very complicated. We will try and keep ours as simple as possible!
If you receive damaged goods or we make an error and send you the incorrect product then contact us and we will arrange for a replacement or a credit depending on the customers preference.
If you feel the product you ordered is not fully suitable or you ordered incorrectly, then please return to us, in a re-saleable condition and with packaging, within 7 days and we will arrange a credit for you on receipt. In this instance, we can arrange to pick the item up from you if you wish, but there would be a €4 pick-up charge.
