Thera-Band - Special Heavy Resistance (Black) - 25 Yards

This latex free Thera-Band is 4" (10.16cm) in width and comes in a 25 yard (75 feet or 22.8m)  dispenser box.

TheraBand™ latex Exercise Bands are available in different colour-coded levels of resistance.  

Proper use of these systems for resistive exercise provides both positive and negative force on the muscles, improving strength, range of motion and cooperation of muscle groups.

Special Heavy Black Bands are the sixth of eight levels of resistance and great for rehabilitation and higher level resistance, they offer 7.3 lbs. resistance and 25% increase from preceding color at 100% elongation and 10.2 lbs. at 200%, each roll measures 25 yards long x 4″ wide
