Weighted Ankle Bands

The hand and wrist weights have been used in classrooms, physiotherapy and occupational therapy to help provide some proprioception deep pressure input increasing the Kinaesthetic feedback and sensory awareness for those who need extra sensory input.

Each band weighs 500 grams. Set of 2.
