• XT / Medium (Lime Green) - "Xtra Tough"; very firm but still chewable; recommended for moderate to avid chewing
• XXT / Very Firm (Royal Blue) - "Xtra Xtra Tough"; very firm for avid chewers or those who prefer very firm items

Sizing

• Small - Recommended for wrist circumference under ~5.5 inches; measures ~2.4" at widest, just under 0.4" thick, 1.75" inner diameter
• Large - Recommended for wrist circumference over ~5.5 inches; measures ~2.9" at widest, just under 0.4" thick, 2.1" inner diameter
