These foam blocks are used during hand therapy to perform joint mobilization exercises for the treatment and diagnosis of hand injuries and disorders.
A variety of exercises can be performed where these foam blocks can be placed in a variety of positions to exercise the hands.
For instance, the foam blocks can fit in the palm of the hand and can be squeezed by the palm of your hand or just squeezed with the finger tips.
These hand therapy blocks are also available in extra-soft, soft, medium, and firm resistance levels.
