Effects Wheel for Solar 250 Projector - Balloons - Non Magnetic

The Balloons Effects Wheel is a continuous image Effects Wheel that depicts party balloons in illustrated form.

To project any 6 inch Effect Wheel it has to be fitted onto a 6 inch Wheel Rotator or Solar Wheel Safe before being attached to the Effects Projector.

For this 6 inch Effect Wheel, the best image is created using a 1/2rpm Wheel Rotator.
